  • 1. How do I know if my image will print ok?

    a:

    We print from digital photo's, mobile phone images and original photographs (we do have to scan these). We will always  let you know if we don't think the image is good enough to print well.

     

    You will see a proof for every canvas so you will see how it will look before committing to the canvas.

  • 2. How do you wrap around the edges?

    a:

    Depending on the photo / image supplied we normally galley wrap around the edges, so that your image goes all of the way around the frame. In some cases if we do this it would mean cutting off an important part of the photo, so in this case we will put a border around the edge. This is normally white but you can choose a colour if you prefer.

     

    Don't forget you will see this on the proof before we print.

  • 3. How do I hang the canvases?

    a:

    Your canvas will be delivered to you ready to hang with a hanger plate attached to the rear.

  • 4. How long will my order take?

    a:

    Orders normally take 3 to 7 working days depending on the product and processes we use.

     

    If you need your order quicker than this then please let us know and we will advise if it is possible.

  • 5. What if I have an original photo?

    a:

    We can scan your original photos into a digital format. You will need to send these to us and recommend using a recorded service, and emailing us to let us know to expect them.

     

    We will return your originals with your finished product, along with a digital version for your own records.

  • 6. How do I pay?

    a:

    You can pay via our website using PayPal or Credit card. If you prefer we can invoice you once you have approved your proof and you can pay Bank Transfer.
